Recommendation to Parents

Morning Assembly

  • Parents should carry out their responsibilities as educators instilling in their children respect and obedience for all school rules and regulations.
  • Students should always wear their School ID card.
  • Parents are requested to go through their wards school diary regularly and sign the teacher’s remarks, if any.
  • PTA meetings should be regularly attended to discuss the performance and progress of the child.
  • Parents must check that the child carries books according to time table.
  • Parents are requested not to visit the classes of their children. If a parent wishes to meet a teacher, he or she may do so, only with the permission of the Principal.
  • On the day of the Unit Test/Assessment Test, students will not be allowed to leave the school premises before the closing time.
  • Appointments with doctors, dentists etc. must not be arranged during school hours.
  • Kindly check the haircut, uniform, punctuality of your ward in the morning.
  • Parents are requested to also inculcate in their child, the habit of packing the school bag daily at night according to the time table for the following day.
  • If your ward has been absent from school, he/she must make up for all the work he/she has missed.
  • Parents are requested not to accompany their wards to the class rooms in the morning. At the end of school hours, they should collect their wards from the school gate.
  • Children will not be allowed to leave with any relative or neighbour without previous intimation.
  • Parents are requested to send their ward in neat and clean uniform. Students should not wear faded, over-sized or small-sized uniform.
  •  Parents are requested to send their children daily to school . A special certificate will be awarded to students with 100% attendance.
  •  Students who have been on leave for more than 5 days due to illness will have to submit a Medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner at the time of rejoining the school.
  •  Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than 5 consecutive days render the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only at the direction of the principal.
  • Parents are requested to ensure that their wards carry their Tiffin with them when they leave for school in the morning.  Due to security reasons, we do not accept Tiffin sent through servants or friends.
  • Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
  •  Encourage your ward to read good books or play outdoor games, instead of viewing TV.

To Avoid Stress

One must get organized, Learn to relax by taking small breaks, eat sensibly, sleep at regular hours and develop a regular exercise plan.

Effects of Stress
(A) Concentration suffers.
(B) Response slows down.
(C) Memory & learning get impaired.

With the right attitude, students can reap the rewards of their efforts:

  • Meditation is an instant, short & sure remedy for releasing stress.
  • They can learn to organize their time.
  • They can set realistic goals for themselves.
  • They can understand, the way they work.

Tips for the Parents

  • Keep the atmosphere at home completely tension free. Don't nag your child to study.
  • Take care of his/her dietary needs.
  • Don't compare them with others.
  • Listen patiently to the worries of your child.
